Cancellation and Refund

At Tastify, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our high-quality ice cream ingredients. This policy outlines the terms for order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • If the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

2. Returns & Replacements

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all labels intact.

    • Photos of the damaged/incorrect product

3. Refund Process
