1. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India.
• International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the order weight, delivery location, and selected shipping method.
• The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
• Estimated delivery times:
  • Metro cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other locations: 5-7 business days
• Delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) are processed on the same day.
• Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details.

5. Tracking Your Order

• You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the order confirmation email.
• If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, contact us for assistance.

6. Delays & Undelivered Orders

• Tastify is not responsible for delays due to courier service disruptions, strikes, or natural disasters.
• If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier service first. If unresolved, contact us within 7 days.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

• Ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing the order.
• If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, customers must pay for re-shipping.
• If delivery attempts fail due to the recipient being unavailable, the package may be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
